Since January 2011, EUCC has started to develop a partnership
of NGOs (that are independent from the coastal communities
to be assessed), to help implement the programme at a national
level.
So far the QualityCoast partnership consists of:

- Centro Mediterraneo EUCC, Barcelona, Spain
- Dutch Caribbean Nature Alliance, Bonaire, Netherlands
